I'm a senior Salesforce engineer/architect with almost 10 years of experience.
As part of my work, I help companies gather complex business requirements and transform them into scalable solutions to ensure following the best practices from the start.
I help align the business needs, identify the potential risks, develop integration strategies, and ensure security and compliance.
Usually, I'm a Salesforce platform owner and a subject matter expert for business, acting as a go-to resource and a bridge between stakeholders and CRM.
I bring broad experience to teams, including project management and Agile skills, to help prioritize the CRM backlog and shape and align product roadmap.
I help companies streamline business processes by maintaining and troubleshooting the Salesforce platform, managing users, security settings, and master data, and developing automation.
As an architect, I advocate for best practices and develop version control, branching, and release strategies. I collaborate with QA, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), implement DevOps, and release automation.
I have strong hands-on development experience in both Salesforce and other domains. As a developer, I aim to build reliable integrations and reusable components and follow the best practices to reduce future rework.
I've been working as an independent consultant since 2016, directly with the end customers and subcontracting for larger Salesforce agencies.
Most of my projects were for financial, banking, telecommunication, manufacturing, and high-tech companies.
I'm an official Salesforce SI and ISV partner with two applications published on the AppExchange.
Usually, other consulting companies reach out to me when they need help with complex implementations.
